Agenda for Change

The new Agenda for Change pay system applies to all directly employed NHS staff, except very senior managers and those covered by the Doctors’ and Dentists’ Pay Review Body.

ADMT, together with the other arts therapies professional organisations (BAAT, APMT, BADTh) and the trade union Amicus have been negotiating for full professional recognition and proper career development paths and rates of pay.
