Early Implementing Sites Matching Delayed
The Early Implementing sites (EIS) of Agenda for Change (AfC) will now not be matching until January and March 2005. We are still advising that all the non EIS hold back from matching. The purpose of EIS and road testing AfC was to test out not only the process but also the profiles. As a result of outcomes from EIS many families of profiles have been reviewed, revised and amended. It is therefore imperative that the family of Arts Therapy profiles are tested in the EIS as per the agreement even though we are now in the process of national roll out. Early Implementation has been invaluable in highlighting some key issues and discrepancies which can be resolved and it will help to avoid excessive numbers of reviews further down the line.
